Order & Delivery
You will receive an email from our courier company with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse.
Please enter it on the tracking website to see its status.
If the tracking number is not working, please try again after a few hours, as it may take a while for the system to update the most recent information.
Order preparation is fast, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to arrive in time to make the change or cancel it.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
However, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email info@gangsbay.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When making a purchase from abroad, customs fees and taxes may be incurred, which does not depend on GangsBay but on the policies of each country.
Before finalizing the purchase, when choosing the shipping method, a notice will appear regarding any type of expense related to customs or customs taxes not included.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to make an exchange or return.
To proceed with the return or exchange, you should send the order to our offices (with the company of your choice) and, upon receiving it and verifying that it is in good condition, we will refund your money or proceed with the exchange.
Please note that, to accept the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its respective boxes, just as you received it.
Please attach a NOTE TO THE PACKAGE: Indicating if it is a Return or Exchange (which model you want) / Full Name / Order Number.
In case the order has been shipped to the USA, please send us an email to info@gangsbay.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange and the item you wish to receive in case of an exchange.
* IMPORTANT; remember that unless the return or exchange is due to manufacturing reasons or errors on our part, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
In the event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective product, we recommend that you contact our customer service team through our email info@gangsbay.com
In order to speed up the resolution of the incident, it will be very helpful if you provide us with the order number and send us a photo of the product and another of the back of the box where the label can be seen.
If your return is approved, the corresponding refund will be issued within 7 business days through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
You will be notified of this transaction by email.
Once the refund has been issued, it may take several days depending on the banking entities involved.
Product information
To find out the measurements of a specific product, these will be available in the characteristics section of its product sheet.
GANGSBAY sunglasses lenses have a UV400 protection filter that protects 100% of ultraviolet radiation and are approved by the European Union.
In the case of polarized lenses, they have a polarized filter, which is ideal for reducing reflections caused by the sun on water, snow, metal surfaces and glare produced by intense lights, thus reducing eye fatigue.
Our sunglasses meet the following quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 9002, European Standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013, American Standard ANSI Z80.3:2008 and Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003.
At Gangsbay we recommend:
1.- Clean them with a soft cloth and always use the GangsBay case to transport them. Avoid using water or soap.
2.- Keep them away from direct light sources for a long time.
3.- It is preferable not to leave the glasses face down, as this can scratch the lenses, or drag them on hard surfaces.
GangsBay does not offer prescription lenses as we do not make prescription lenses.
However, if you want to change lenses at your optician's, we recommend that you do so with metal, acetate or bio-acetate glasses.
Warranty & Repair
GangsBay offers a lifetime warranty on all of its glasses, covering solder points that fail due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches on the lenses, broken lenses, or damage caused by abuse or mistreatment.
The warranty will only be valid when you contact Customer Service, indicating the defective product along with proof of purchase and a photo of the product.
GangsBay reserves the right to refuse to provide free warranty service if the required documents are not submitted or if the information contained therein is incomplete or illegible.
This warranty does not cover any of the following cases:
+ Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural disaster.
+ Breakdown or damage caused by improper use, lack of care (blows, crushing, dents, broken glass, etc.) or accidents.
+ Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear - consumables (components that are expected to require periodic replacement during the life of the product).
If you have received a defective product, we recommend that you contact our customer service team via our email info@gangsbay.com . Payment & Security

The three most common reasons why a payment is being rejected by our payment system are the following:
+ Insufficient funds. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account to make the purchase.
+ The credit card was not issued from the country you are currently in. Make sure that the credit card you are using is issued from the same country in which you are currently making the purchase.
+ Your bank is blocking the online payment for security reasons. Please contact your bank and make sure the payment is not being blocked.
+ Card number entry error. Sometimes we enter the card number or its validity incorrectly.
The full amount of your order will be debited from your account once the order and payment have been processed and approved.
In the event that no payment has been received after your order has been processed, GangsBay may automatically cancel your order without notice.
You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse at the email address you provided when purchasing. If for some reason you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.

All transactions are handled directly by our payment service provider, Shopify, with secure encryption and under strict banking regulations.
Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank, including GangsBay.
