We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To qualify for a return/refund, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, all accessories, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return/refund, please fill out this form. If your return/refund is accepted, we will provide you with the address to which you should send the package. Items returned to us without first completing the return form will not be accepted.

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

If you decide to return all of the products included in your original order, GangsBay will refund the original cost paid (including shipping costs from our warehouses to you, but not the return shipping costs).

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 14 days of receipt) using this form if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
